While every attempt is made to provide quality work and thread artistry for each item, machines sometimes mistakes can be made. If the item has been sold by K Dore Designs it can be replaced through suppliers however there is no way to replace many customer provided items, so there is always some risk involved with monogramming.

In the event that buyer provided items are damaged while in the possession of seller, the seller will refund the cost of embroidery in full. However, seller accepts no responsibilty for replacing or reimbursing cost of item. I love to create special items for my clients but I must make you aware of the risks of monogramming customer provided items.
